These terms govern your use of Property Turn Tracker. Please read them before creating an account or joining an organization.
Property Turn Tracker provides tools for coordinating property turnovers, checklists, private evidence, maintenance issues, work records, and optional integrations. The service is an operating aid; it does not inspect properties, employ your workers, guarantee work quality, or replace your own safety and compliance procedures.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Organization owners and managers are responsible for inviting appropriate people, assigning roles, configuring retention and integrations, and ensuring their use of worker and property data is lawful.
You retain ownership of property information, checklists, notes, photos, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to upload the content and share it with the selected organization members.
Do not use the service to break the law, invade privacy, harass others, upload malicious content, access another organization without authorization, bypass security, or interfere with the service. Do not upload payment credentials, government identification, or other highly sensitive data as property evidence.
Recorded work sessions and Square timecard exports are provided for operational convenience. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing hours, wage settings, breaks, overtime, worker classification, taxes, payroll approval, and legal compliance. Property Turn Tracker does not run payroll or initiate bank withdrawals.
Free and lower-tier plans include advertising served by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. Upgrading to a paid plan, where offered, removes advertising for that organization's members.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe and offered at the price shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan and usage. Cancelling stops future billing; your organization's data and access follow the entitlements of whichever plan is active for the remainder of the billing period and thereafter. Product requests submitted through the app are feedback, not a promise of a future feature or paid entitlement.
OwnerRez, Square, Stripe, Google AdMob, Apple, Google, Supabase, and Cloudflare are governed by their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, or account decisions. You may disconnect optional organization integrations at any time.
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address nonpayment for a paid subscription. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect records, or that the service will meet every property, employment, insurance, tax, or legal requirement.
To the extent permitted by law, Property Turn Tracker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service or third-party integrations.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an effective-date update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to cornettpropertymgt@gmail.com.
