This policy explains the information Property Turn Tracker handles and the choices available to account holders and team members.
We collect information you provide to operate the service, including account email, organization membership, role, property details, addresses, internal notes, checklist content, assignments, completion records, maintenance issues, work-session records, support requests, and photos you choose to upload.
When an organization connects an optional integration, we process the identifiers and authorization tokens required to operate that connection. OwnerRez data may include property and booking timing information. Square data may include locations, team-member identifiers, jobs, wages, and timecard identifiers. Integration credentials are kept server-side and are not placed in the mobile app.
If your organization subscribes to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your card information. We receive only your subscription status and billing metadata from Stripe.
Users on our free and lower-tier plans may see banner and interstitial advertisements served by Google AdMob. To show relevant ads, AdMob uses your device's advertising identifier, which can be used to track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. On iOS, you will be asked for permission before this identifier is used, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can decline this prompt, or turn tracking off at any time in your device's system settings, and still use the app — declining reduces ad relevance but does not remove ads on plans where they are enabled.
Users on our Pro plan, and members exempted by their organization owner, do not see advertising.
We do not sell personal information.
We use service providers to run the app, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare for private object storage and secure media delivery, Expo/EAS for app build and delivery infrastructure, Stripe for subscription payment processing, and Google AdMob for advertising on eligible plans. Apple or Google may process information if you choose their sign-in services. OwnerRez and Square process data only when an organization owner or manager connects those services.
Operational records are kept while needed to provide the service and maintain an accountable history. Routine evidence follows the organization's retention period. Evidence connected to an unresolved issue or active protected package may be kept longer. Deleted media can pass through a short warning and retry period before physical removal.
When you delete your account, organizations where you are the only active owner are deleted with their records and private media. In shared organizations, required operating history may remain, but your login link, name, email, and workforce mapping are removed and the retained membership is labeled as a deleted account. Limited backup copies may persist temporarily until routine backup rotation completes.
You can review and update organization information in the app, disconnect optional integrations, release eligible protected evidence, manage your subscription and billing details through Stripe's billing portal, decline or reset ad tracking permission in your device settings, and initiate permanent account deletion from Settings → Delete my account. If you cannot sign in, follow the instructions on our account deletion page.
We use role-based access, tenant isolation, private storage, short-lived media links, encrypted server-side integration credentials, and restricted administrative secrets. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
The service is designed for property operators and their working teams. It is not directed to children under 18.
We may update this policy as the product or law changes. We will post the current effective date here and provide additional notice when required.
